These kits are great and everyone loves the style. I am new to pen making but not to woodworking so had a great time getting creative with the blanks from various hardwoods.
I ordered 2 of the Panache kits because they different from most pen kits. They stand on end. Easy to turn, but I would recommend a blank at least 1” square. I had a blank that was was 7/8” that didn’t quite work. Now I need to order another set of tubes, which were, and are, out of stock.
This is the only place I found a kit like this. I have made 3 total so far. I get a lot of compliments on them. Kits are well made and easy to put together.
