We want you to be happy with your Crooked Mill experience. You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no explanation needed. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with details about the product you would like to return. We will process a refund when the items are received.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat-rate of $9.29, regardless of size or cost, to anywhere in the US. Orders will be shipped out within 1 business day.
Shipping to Canada is a flat-rate of $32.99, regardless of order size or cost.
We do not offer shipping to any other countries.
